What is it with this company?  I had the "Grace & Love" TSV cancelled in December, no notice.  I never even got the first shipment.

Now I've just received an email from QVC that the "Graceful Greetings" TSV (from last September) I had is also cancelled.  I had ONE shipment from that and was due another in early May.

Philosophy needs to get itself sorted out, IMO.  I'm done with all their "lock into auto-delivery' nonsense.  If they have something I like, I'll order one (and hope I get it!) and forget about A/D.  They've become too unreliable.

I think this is the 3rd or 4th Philosophy A/D I've had cancelled in the past year or so.

It's not just Philosophy.  I've recently had a Beekman and a Skinn a/d cancelled.  I am pretty sure it is because they no longer want to honor the price.

I just had a Laura Geller product AD canceled today. It was brand new in January and my second shipment was to be today.  The item is still available for single shipment at $60 and my AS was 49. and change.  I think QVC is upping prices now and no longer wants to honor previous Auto ship orders. Have had this happen many tines.

And each time an Auto Delivery is cancelled it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I suspect that may be true for others. How often can a retailer continue to play games before customers turn away forever? 

I keep saying they are continuing to undermine themself and it's self inflicted death by a thousand paper cuts.

At least, when Peter Thomas Roth had to cancel an A/D several months ago (not sure what the issue was), he sent everyone who had purchased it a full-size jar of his Water Drench moisturizer, as an apology.

With Philosophy?  Nothing!

@Etoile308 - You're right, as far as I'm concerned - I've lost interest in their A/Ds and haven't even watched any of the recent shows.  While I've always loved AG and FIL, if I'm not going to get what I order, I don't need the hassle.

There are many other options.
