PERRICONE Pore Minimizer question

Trying again, autocorrect ruined title of my first post on this, and I couldn't go back and edit it. Anyway, I have a new bottle of the pore minimizer liquid and it has an odd consistency. It's a clear liquid with big white chunks in it. I tried shaking it really well, but it still has huge chunks in it. Is this normal?
