My hair is in the process of growing out. When I started out, it was pretty short, plus it was a mixture of brown and mostly gray. Frankly, I looked terrible.

It's now golden blond--a very flattering shade for me--and somewhere between my collar bone and my shoulders. Very different and I like it a lot.

But right now it's really bothersome--it keeps catching on my collar, getting stuck in there. I have a layer or two and right now they're grown out and look pretty scruffy. I like a casual look but this is more casual than I want. I probably need to be patient and let it get past this stage and I'm enjoying the versatility of longer hair. If I can hold out for a few more weeks, I'll be ok.

I'm just venting; thanks for bearing with me Wink
