Overnight Deep Treatment for Hair Recs?

My hair seems to be really dry lately. I have curly hair (3B) and a lot of it but it is fine in texture. I've never really used a deep treatment overnight or for more than a few minutes. What are some of your favs, either manmade or homemade? Thanks.
