Like a fool, I bought the Outset small cleanser, small moisturizer and serum. There is NO PUMP on the serum or the moisturizer. Very $$$ for what you get. I threw out the package and it is too much trouble for me to repack it anyway and return it. Really blah packaging. Anyone else get a serum that has no pump? Should I call customer service ot is that a lost cause?

Revised comment. I finally was able to pry off the top of the serum and access the pump and also the moisturizer. I think it is very $$ for what you get and as I said the packaging is blah.

@elruth

Outset is fairly expensive.  I would not hesitate to return if it is defective.    For the price of this line, I would not consider it trouble to get a refund if you deserve it.  I wouldn't let them keep my money.

You do NOT need the original packaging.

Print a return label and mark it defective.  Pack it in anything you have.

Go online to USPS.com and schedule a free pickup.  Stick it in your mailbox.

Verify they give you a full refund.

Our values do not align, so this isn't a brand I care to buy.  If you aren't happy with it, or feel it's too expensive, return it.  However, realize that you'll have to eat the shipping.

How are they defective, @RespectLife?  @elruth stated that she was able to get the tops off (aka the caps) and the pumps were there.  They aren't defective, they just had a tight fitting cap.  It would be dishonest to send them back as defective IMO.

@wagirl - it's a skincare line that's available on QVC.

@elruth Shame on you for throwing it out. Someone would use it,w/or w/out the pump.

@Group 5 minus 1  - I think she meant the box and packing material, not the actual products.....unless I'm reading it wrong.
