Ordering from DHgate

I have ordered two items from DHgate and this is what I have learned so far. The seller does not receive payment until the customer is satisfied. If the customer is not satisfied, such as delayed shipping, invalid tracking number or item of questionable workmanship the seller will be reprimanded. The customer is usually given a refund. Customer service is very good. Shipping times given by the sellers are probably not accurate. After the seller ships the item it usually takes 10 to 14 days for the item to be entered into Chinese Postal Service. From what I understand DHL is faster but also costs more. Now that I know what to expect as far as shipping times I will be ordering more items from DH gate.
