Order status of beauty orders placed yesterday and today

Two of the orders that I place yesterday are showing canceled, although I have a confirmation number.  They also show that the payment method was check or money order when I used a credit card.  I listened to the order summary all the way through on automated ordering and it said that my order had been charged to my Visa account and read off the last 4 digits of my card #.  Has anyone else had this problem?

No, but I purchased online instead of using the phone.
