Vince seems to be on the way out since the items are reduced so much. I bought a pair of ankle boots for $29 (& free shipping) yesterday.

I buy Tiana B, Liz Lange and Vicky Tiel dresses, but mostly wait for sales! I buy other things as well but not consistantly. HSN was the first shopping channel I found and was my favorite for awhile. Then I found Value Vision and now I buy more from QVC.

Vince's shoes are always marked way down by this time of the year and will go lower to make room for more inventory.

Chances are the ankle boots are from last fall/winter which is why they are so cheap.

HSN is in the habit of doing a great job clearing out products before getting in new things. It often looks like they are about to dump a vendor just before they get in a bunch of new items.
