Is there a list somewhere of the old foundation numbers and the new names? I used BE for many years and used to mix 1.2 with 3 now I'm trying to see if there which of the new colors might be the best match for me. Is golden medium similar to 2.3?
Maybe I should just call and order some samples, can you still do that?

Ok thanks for the replies. I think I'll just have to go to Ulta or Sephora and check out the new foundations.

This shows some of the older color/number info:

1.2 Fairly Light
2. Light
Both of these shades are still in production, but you might want to compare Golden Fair as well to see if it would suit you. Photos of the colors are on BE.com:

Ok I think I might need fairly medium. I haven't made it to the store yet, but my 1.2 ( fairly light) is too yellow so I end up putting 3/medium over it.

I went and had the sales associates try fairly medium ( 1.3) on me and it matched perfectly. Even my husband said it just looks like my natural skin. So I'm thrilled.
