Olay vs Clarisonic

Ok ladies. I have seen the ads for Olay's version of the Clarisonic but for 1/10th of the price.

For anyone who has used the Olay version:

How do you like it? What are the brush heads like, i.e. soft, medium, hard? Is it worth the money or should I splurge on the Clarisonic?
