Many years ago before reviews and computers, I purchased Olay moisturizer and had an immediate allergic reaction to it.  I never went back for seconds.

I've seen negative reviews on various sites.  It's subjective but there's a fine line between a negative review and bashing a product.

I just got the Olay ultimate eye cream and love it.  I do understand allergic reactions.  I experience that too every now and then.  Companies should post negative as long as it's not a wordy bashing comment.  I notice some women do that, and it's not helpful to the rest of us.  I usually skip right over those comments after the first sentence if I detect that.

Did you purchase it through their website? I can see them not wanting to publish a review if they can't prove you actually purchased the product.
