Re: Okay ladies. I have something important to talk about

Hi @ monicakm
She told me in a text she thought she was dry. And I think she is too...at least her skin does look dehydrated to me....

Re: Okay ladies. I have something important to talk about

My friend returned to work today. She had a blast on her bachelorette party weekend 🎈😄
But she said I would be proud of her because she washed her face every night 😁
She took the Elf SPF lotion with her but is still waiting in the Clinique to arrive. She likes the Elf; she thought it would be white and not clear.
She said also that she still had some Clinique her Mom bought her in HS & remembers liking it. So that was a good call from all who suggested that. Ty.
She specifically came to me to tell me all that, I didn't ask her.
She and her girlfriends wore her under eye patches as well. One of her girlfriends woke up with one in her hair, so funny 🤣.
Thank you all ❤️

What about Naturium. Most everything is under 25 and can be found at Target. A good moisturizer, vitamin c to start.

It would help if you mentioned the person you were asking. I doubt you'll get any replies because no one knows who you meant.

I’m sorry I didn’t specify. I just saw a poster say mind your business and didn’t know if it was in response to my comment about Clinique. I just felt it was harsh and uncalled for.

Bubble skin care. Its very popular and a few friends use and love it. It is all reasonable cost too.

What jumps out at me is that she doesn't wash her face. Keeping her skin clean should be first and foremost. Then she could add a moisturizer -- I recommend a Ceramide moisturizer which over time builds up the moisture mantle . Clean skin and moisture.

@beckyb1012, my first moisturizer was Oil of Olay. Maybe most of us?!? Soap and water and Oil of Olay.

@tototwo
My friend has confided to me since my first post that she has started making sure that she is washing her face in the evening now. She says she has dry skin so she did ask me about A M. washing but I told her no, not necessary after PM cleansing.
Friday she came to me and said her skin feels much more hydrated since using the Clinique and Elf SPF product. And she looked more hydrated to me as well as being more even toned. She's marrying in April so I know that's her motivation. I just hope it carries over past her wedding date. I'll be sure to encourage and compliment her so that she feels motivated. She is so gorgeous. She can go makeup free at her age and with a little attention to skin care...wowza. I remember those days when I was makeup optional. No sun damage, no dark circles or spots, a natural glow, I could go on. We work with what we have. Thank you for responding to my thread 🧵
