Ojon vs. WEN

Ladies, which of these hair care lines would you prefer? Ojon? or WEN? I could not get my hair bouncy and shiny like the models on QVC, and WEN did make my hair come out. Am I doing something wrong? Now I want to try the Ojon line to give a try. What do you ladies prefer and why? Thanks!
