Ojon Restorative Lash and Mascara

Is anyone else having trouble getting the treatment part to the outside of the wand to apply to your lashes? The treatment solution seems to clump all around the stem of the applicator and very little makes it way out to the ends to be applied to the lashes. I fear the component isn't correct and needs a redesign. So back it goes because the other end is just mascara! Babe
