What does everyone like for their hair, for treatment and/or other?

I am loving macadamia nut oil or sesame oil for blowout protection. Both really impart shine and absolutely no frizz. Macadamia is more thick. Both are great.

For overnight conditioning before shampoo, I sill love the coconut.

What other oils do you like for conditioning?

Right now, I'm using WEN Oils. Most of the time it's Tea Tree, but sometimes Sweet Almond Mint, Cucumber, or Lavender. Yeah, I have a pretty good stash. I use them as an overnight scalp treatment a few times a week. Whatever is left on my fingers after the scalp massage gets rubbed into my cuticles. I rarely use any oil for styling purposes.

For my hair it has always been coconut oil for deep conditioning (my mom even used it on me when I was little).

I use tea tree/jojoba oil mix to keep the scalp healthy (I don't have scalp issues but this has certainly helped my hair to grow much faster!), currently using WEN's old TT formulation but will make my own when I run out.

For leave in or to give extra shine or conditioning when my hair is dry, I like baobab or argan oil or jojoba, depending on how much conditioning I want/need or how much shine. I don't generally blow dry my hair so don't really need it for protection from heat styling but if I am going into windy pr other harsh conditions or on the beach, etc, I like to use oils for extra protection. Yangu has a a little SPF protection so I usually mix a little of that in my hair if I am spending alot of time out in the sun.

I swear by Ouidad's Mongongo Oil for hair. Plus I really like saying "mongongo." {#emotions_dlg.lol} I prefer it to using any of the oils I use on my face.

I use a couple drops on dry hair in the morning, but it is also great on damp hair. It offers UV protection as well -- and no silicones, sulfates, parabens, or waxes.

PPG-3 Benzyl Ether Myristate, Coconut Alkanes, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Schhinziophyton Rautanenii (Mongongo) Kernal Oil, Brassica Oleracea Italica (Broccoli) Seed Oil, Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Hydrogenated Castor Oil/Sebacic Acid Copolymer, Fragrance (Parfum)

100% pure jojoba oil. I like to use it on a weekend. Apply it in the morning and then do the housework and wash it out after a good 3-5 hours. I've also had WEN Tea Tree that I like (currently out of).

Dove has a new product called "dry oil". I'm impressed with it. Does not weigh the hair down and is not greasy. I was already using the hair serum, which is good, so decided to try this one. It's around $12 a bottle, but it only takes 2 small drops. I recently used a olive oil hair pack and it actually did the opposite - dried my hair out. I often have the same bad experience with any of those products that call for leaving in the hair and rinsing out.

I like to massage baobab oil with drops of lemongrass oil and peppermint oil for an overnight scalp treatment. I also like coconut oil on the hair and scalp just before washing and deep conditioning to reduce hygral fatigue.

I am currently using coconut oil for everything, including my hair. I have used argan oil for an overnight conditioning treatment, but it's too expensive.

@ Harpa,

R U using pure macadamia nut oil from the supermarket? Right now, I've got PHYTONECTAR on my hair (pre-shampoo). Love it!
