HonnyBrown, I've bought other things from Ebay before; thanks for the suggestion.

DoxieMomma, that might due in a pinch. What's the ratio to mix it?

ChynnaBlue, that's another interesting idea. I didn't know that about Castor oil. I hear you on allergies. We've had high pollen count warnings the past several days and my head feels like it can't wait for a good frost.

beaches21, if the oil works like I'm hoping I'm really going to wish it was; maybe it could be suggested to Chaz as a possibility once in a while. I'm excited that I'm going to get the other products in the TSV stocked up.

I make my own of the tea tree oil blend so I can exclude some of the essential oils in the Wen one that don't agree with my allergies. The usual ratios are 15-30 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier oil. You can use jojoba as the carrier oil. I use a mix of jojoba, sweet almond oil and argan oil as my carrier oils.

OP, I think jaxs mom and I have had this "conversation" before, lol. It's been a long time since I mixed my own oils (restocked through a past TSV), but I *think* the general recommendation is to start out with no more than a 5% tea tree concentration. That would be twenty drops of carrier oil to one drop of tea tree oil.
I've used both jojoba and sweet almond oils as carrier oils, and have been pleased with both of those.

I use a bunch of POM on my skin and I always like to have more than a few on hand. I pick up a few seasonals and put them away before they leave. I have a nice little collection now but I remember when I ordered my very first Tea tree, I handled that thing like it was gold lol.beaches21, if the oil works like I'm hoping I'm really going to wish it was; maybe it could be suggested to Chaz as a possibility once in a while.
