I am waiting on my last order from Philosophy.com from the 30% off sale, and the tracking info. says it has been delivered, but I don't have it!!!!!

Could there be a mistake on the information? I live in a building, where other people have access to my mail. Fedex has been delivering the packages lately instead of UPS, and they just leave them in the foyer.

Has this ever happened to any of you before, when the tracking says delivered and you haven't received it yet? Ugghhh....I do not want to call them and sit on hold for an hour!
