@JudyL wrote:@Lipstickdiva so glad you mentioned the Essence Taupe eyeshadow palette. Wanted to try it but its out of stock at Ulta so will wait. For $3.99 its worth a try.
If I can't seem to get the concealers I have now to work for me to my satisfaction, then I may have to try the ELF camo concealer. Is it a thick concealer? I also tried Shape Tape both original and creamy and didn't like either one. Way too drying.
@JudyL , yes ELF is thick. It's a high coverage concealer. They have it in a regular version and a hydrating. I use the hydrating because the regular was too drying for my undereyes.
I also really, really like the Too Faced Born this Way Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer. That provides excellent coverage, isn't thick, wasn't drying and the bottle is huge. Honestly when the SA brought it to me, I thought she mistakenly brought me the foundation.

@JudyL When I google Milani peach corrector I see there are a few. Would you mind sharing the name of the one you're using? TIA
ETA- I was wondering how the PIXI Peach Corrector worked for you. As you already know, it was too drying for me. Btw, I'm still using the Vaseline product under my eyes

@decaf It is confusing with the Milani corrector as they have 2 similar sounding products. The one I use is the Tinted Undereye Brightener in peach. It comes in a white tube with a peach on the front and the word peach written right next to the peach logo.
The other one I have is the Super Charged brightening undereye tint in 120 Peach. Its in a yellowish tube. This is very light and more of a hint of color than a color corrector.
The PIXI didn't work for me. It was way too drying. I keep forgetting to add the Vaseline when I do my eyes. Will try it again this weekend.

@JudyL , I'm almost out of my LA Colors Pro peach corrector and I'm going to try the Milani corrector next. I've decided the LA Colors is a tad too dark for me. It was okay when I had a lighter concealer but now my concealer is darker (not by choice but I tried something else and went too dark) so it really doesn't work for me.

I almost sprung for the Laura Geller non-transferring lipstick last night, but the two strong pinks kept me away. An hour later Maybelline had a non-transfer lipstick ad, that's on my list for Walgreen's next week. Just hope they get it in, sometimes we are at the end of the shipping list.

@Lipstickdiva - I hope you like the Milani corrector.

@JudyL Thanks for explaining the difference between the peach Milani correctors. I'll give the one you're using a try.

I mentioned in another thread that I recently purchased the Walmart brand (Equate) version of CeraVe PM moisturizing lotion. CeraVe is an inexpensive but effective, dermatologist recommended moisturizer. The Equate version is every bit as good but nearly half the price. It's a winner for me that I'll continue to purchase.

@JeanLouiseFinch Did you happen to compare the ingredients to see if they're the same or fairly close? Just wondering.

Speaking of CeraVe, for several reasons I decided to go back to CeraVe for my cleanser and moisturizer. I've always had great luck with it in the past, and somehow had just migrated away from it. Anyway, I found a large jar of the moisturizing cream (with pump) at Sam's for around $14 - a jar half that size is around the same price at Walgreen's. Also, I love Micellar water and have been using Garnier. I bought the CeraVe Micellar water at Walgreen's and can't believe how much more effective it is compared to Garnier. The CeraVe is a much better product for removing makeup and isn't drying.
I'm not sure about buying the Walmart and Walgreens equivalent of CeraVe. It's such a good product as is, and I hate to mess with that!
