Obagi Clear for melasma?

I have had pretty bad melasma on my jawline and sides of my neck for close to 10 years now. It has gotten worse over the years, and I HATE it!! It is pretty dark with white spots mixed in. I am desperate to try something that will help fade it!!! At this point I would be happy with any improvement at all.

I have read some posts here about Obagi Clear. It seems that it works for some and not for others, but I am seriously considering trying it. If you have used it, can you please tell me if and how it worked for you?

Also, can someone tell me the cheapest place to buy Obagi Clear. I am out of work right now and on a tight budget, but I definitely want to get rid of (or lessen the look of) my melasma! Thanks!
