1% of 100 = 1

1/10% of 100 = .1

1/100% of 100 = .01

or another way of looking at it:

100% = 100 out of 100

10% = 10 out of 100

1% = 1 out of 100

.1% = 1 out of 1,000

.01% = 1 out of 10,000

Vendor states it's 0.1%...not   .01.    I still think thats a tenth of one percent..??

Yes, that's absolutely correct.

I just got three different answers from this seller (JJLabs) on the percentage of retinol, and Amazon IS NOT posting his answers!  He went from 0.1  to 0.5   and when I asked which is it...he answered  .1% for maximum results.   Either he's lying, or simply doesn't know where to place his decimals!!  Hope he's not making the formulas!!    Too bad, because I really wanted to try it.  So cheap.
