Hello all! I'm brand new to the Wen forum. I haven't registered until now but i've been reading these threads for the last couple of months and find them very informative! I have a question about the OTOs. It seems whenever these are offered it is when Chaz is on in the middle of the night. I'm obsessed with Wen (been a wen user since June of 2013) and I tape Chaz's shows and I see on social media the next morning an OTO was offered and I had no idea. Then i go through the shows i tape at night and there they are. Is there any way to know if an OTO will be offered? Are there any notifications i can receive if one is offered at any time? Or is it just something I have to know when Chaz is on and try to stay up and watch? Just wondering. Thanks for any help!

welcome to the wen forum and welcome to wen. You can sign up for OTO notifications...go to ""My Account"" then to ""Email and Mobile Preferences""....scroll down and you'll see where you can get OTO text alerts.

I think you have to make yourself stay up that night, LOL. The OTOs go fast. I usually watch the forum on my phone to see the OTO posted, then I can choose to get it or not.

Not ahead of time because I don't think they know that. And you would have to purchase it within the time the show is on -- once the show ends, so would the OTO price.

That message about "site maitenance" has been there for at least 6 months. I have a feeling they either discontinued the OTO cell phone text service or, if there are people who actually still receive those text, they are not allowing the service for new accounts. I have wanted to sign up for it for months and have never been able to do so.

I am still getting them. I've been getting them all day because of the TSV selling out.

I signed up months ago for the TSV and OTO, got one or two text messages, now no more. Signed up again but still not working for me.
