Did QVC stop these? I don't remember how long ago I tried to refresh my OTO texts and I think I got a message that said OTO text options were unavailable at the moment. Does anyone still get these?

I still get them, but the page where you could sign up for them doesn't seem to work anymore.

I used to get them but don't anymore. I got the same message the OP got re OTO texts are currently unavailable.

I used to receive them but no longer. Funny you began this thread as just yesterday I was all over the Q website trying to see how to sign up again but couldn't find anything. So now............I don't receive any OTO texts.

A text for a OTO????? My goodness. I don't even know what the TSV is everyday, much less a OTO. I don't like ANY retailer sending texts or emails on sales. That annoys me. Am I the only one on this??? Surely not.

I opted in, signed up for this service last year but no longer get the messages.

It saved me time since I only received messages from the categories I wanted.

I too am disappointed that this service has stopped.

It is an option. People who want the texts request them. We are happy.

People who don't want them do not sign up. They are happy.
