I used to get texts for OTO and TSV. When I changed my phone, I couldn't sign up for it. Now I don't text messages for either OTO or TSV, only email for TSV.

You changed your cell or your provider? A lot of cell providers do not support the coding that retailers use to send texts.

When I switched from AT&T to AIO for cell coverage, all texting that uses special coding stopped. When I switched from AIO to Straight Talk I signed up again & got it back.

BOTH. I changed from iPhone with AT&T to Virgin Mobile which I got it here from the Q when it was offered as TSV.

ETA: Doesn't Virgin Mobile use AT&T network?

I had trouble last year where I wasn't always getting the texts. I had heard some people say to refresh the settings and sign up for all OTO texts but then they all stopped. I wish we could sign up again and for specific brands.
