I've had 3 Keurig older models and took them all back, returned one to QVC and lost about $15 shipping charges - the coffee was never hot enough. I just bought (2 weeks ago) icoffee by remington so far I love it - Bed Bath & Beyond with a 20% coupon original price $138 comes with 6 sample k cups and uses all the standard K cups and comes with it's own refillable cup for your own coffee. Nice and hot. Not the smallest machine but so far I'm liking it 100% better than the Keurig. I also have a Nespresso which I love for espresso but you have to order the capsules from Nespresso they charge shipping and it makes a great espresso but is becoming cost prohibitive for me. I want to be able to buy the K cups locally, Publix or Bed Bath & Beyond with the 20% off. I had 9 20% off coupons and purchased 9 items and they gave me all 9 items at 20% off and some of them had expired. A friend of mine told me they never expire and she was right - saved over $70 on one trip. Hope this helps.
