I have never seen a presentation on them, just keep reading about people who love it on these forums. Is it like an exfoliant you use few times a week with a cleanser? Or gentle enough for everyday? Why do you love yours, and how do you use it? Do you have to wash your face first? Do they ever offer them as a TSV? If so, how often? Should I wait for that? Is it a huge price difference? It seems the Q offers different ones. What are the differences? Thanks in advance! I know I have a lot of questions
I was always one who used a facebrush, washcloth, or sponge for facial cleaning, so stepping up to the Clarisonic was a no-brainer for me. I highly recommend the Clarisonic as it as advertised amps up your cleansing to a level you will never reach manually.
Any action of brushing the skin is a form of mild exfoliation, but the Clarisonic is not intended to be an exfoliator, therefore for the kind of exfoliation results you are probably thinking of you will need a product which performs this duty.
As for everyday use: many people effectively use their Clarisonic daily with no adverse effect. I personally try to keep it to every other day at the most, but that is best for my skin. You do not have to wash your face prior to a Clarisonic cleansing, but I think it extends the life of the brush heads if makeup is removed before doing a Clarisonic wash. Your brushes will get stained and look nasty fast (even if washed after each use) if you Clarisonic without wiping off makeup first. My method is I use a cleansing oil to take off the makeup, then follow with a creamy cleanser on the Clarisonic.
I think the Mia is a great starting point and it's smaller and easier to handle than the regular size. I think all of the facial units use the same brushes. The brushes come in normal, delicate, sensitive, deep cleaning, acne-prone and more, but the fact is all of them have very soft bristles. QVC does have Clarisonic TSVs. They've already had a Mia 2 TSV this year, so there probably won't be another until they are in full swing with the holiday shopping season in the fall. The 2013 Clarisonic TSV was in November, but that may not be the same in 2014. The TSV's aren't really that special because QVC generally just throws in a couple of cleansers. The better value would be if the TSVs included a sample set of brush heads since they are $25 each individually or $40 for a set of two.

It made my skin very dry and I ended up with dry patches on my face. Once I stopped using it and returned it, my face went back to the way it was before -- no dry patches.
did you try different cleansers and try using it less often? I found twice a day was too much and once a day is perfect.

Totally agree with this. Cleanser choice is key and once a day is plenty.

Just FYI- on Friday August 8 I think there will be a Clarisonic TSV. Not much info on it just the midnight show is Beauty Best Seller- Clarisonic- which is usually the indication that is the TSV.

My skin was looking great and I thought it was from the new foundation and moisturizer I had been using and had been slacking on the clarasconic well my skin started getting bumpy and flaky dry shops again. I was blaming the weather, stress, the sun until it hit me I hadn't been using the clarasconic. One week back at it and my skin is looking so much better again. Bebe I have to agree, wen and the clarasconic are my best qvc purchases too but I'll change the vitamix to the neuwave. I LOVE that thing.... And I don't have a vitamix ;-)
You NEED a vitamix! LOL Love mine. Can't start my day without my fruit/soy milk smoothie. And I make a thicker variation when I want desert at night. I need to start branching out and using it for other things! LOL
