OT about order status, or lack thereof

I ordered something about 30 minutes ago. The color had been sold out for quite some time. This morning I saw that it was available and I placed my order for it immediately. My credit card authorization went through (in pending) but I never got an email confirmation nor is it showing up on my orders page. The item is unavailable again. So Q either had one and I'm getting it, or none, and I'm not getting it. So, based on the no email confirmation and not showing up in my orders, can I assume I'm not getting my order? (Not concerned about cc charge, I know it will drop off if item isn't sent.)

This has happened to me too.  Give it more time.  I almost always get the item in this situation.  Good luck!!

Sometimes the order confirmation email can take some time to arrive, but the order should be showing up in your order status, if it went through.

 

It could be a case of the 'inventory count' was off.

 

I would call CS and see if they see the order on your account.

 

Hope it's just a 'glitch' and you get your item!
