In the Insider, it's on the 17th and the title given is "Obsessed with Accessories". No other info is given.

eta: I checked the Handbags forum and TSV forum. No info. Since July 17 is the day VB is debuting the fall designs...............an educated guess is it's a new pattern. But no info beyond that.
