OT The Impending Snowstorm

Well, that puts the kabosh on my exploits for the day!

We have a relative & friend visiting (lovingly known as the gypsys) from out-of-state, (they have a favorite motel) and I just spoke with him on the phone. They and my DH have only just begun their galavanting! When I asked if he was ready for the snowstorm, he said, "You know how everyone is so nervous about slipping and sliding on the road? Well, I'm from western NY, and when we slip and slide, we say, Hold onto the beer, and watch this! "
