OT. Sometimes Mr. Rebates does not work for me. Why???

Couldn't decide where to post this, so thought I would give it a try here. I now always use Mr. Rebates with my purchase here at QVC. It's become a habit for me. But, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm fed up and submitted an inquiry today to Mr Rebates on a purchase from back in Feb that did not go through......and I will now keep a list and submit any and all that do not show up.

For those of you who use Mr. Rebates, can you tell me from your experience what is the most common reason for purchases not to show up on the site? I have become very careful but still have a problem sometimes. Gotta figure this out. Any thoughts are appreciated.
