OT - QVC return charges are great compared to Amazon

I bought some software from Amazon ($26.90) and returned it because I decided I wanted a different version of the software. I received $8.97 back. $13.45 in restocking fees. {#emotions_dlg.scared}{#emotions_dlg.blink} I should have read the fine print!
