Do you think it will help with carpal tunnel syndrome? I wake with pain in my hand almost nightly.

I picked some up when out today. I will see how my carpel tunnel does with it. Just one night without pain would even be good.

Although I have never tried Arnica, I've read and heard about its benefits for years. Neighbos of ours use it exclusively for bites, pain, etc. I will have to pick some up at WF next time I'm there. I believe our neighbors use the gel form.

I absolutely agree arnica is amazing. It provides relief for aches and pains. It actually prevents swelling and black and blue bruising if you apply immediately. Old Native American remedy. One proviso, it is not to be used on open skin. It is available on Amazon or any health store as well as cvs. It does not stain, nor have a heavy odor. It along with aloe Vera are like miracle first aid remedies.

I discovered the wonders of arnica gel when I lived in Europe and now I am never without at least two tubes, even buy the small tubes to travel with! Just 2 days ago, my heavy handheld showerhead fell out of the holder and hit me smack on my hairline above my left eye. Thankfully, it didn't knock me out or break the skin. I jumped out of the shower once I got my composure, held arnica gel on it and then iced. I did that for a couple of hours. I simply cannot believe there is not even a hint of a bruise. I have a huge knot, but absolutely zero bruising. It really is amazing stuff. Works on bruises, sore muscles, sprains. I always get the BOIRON brand at Walgreens or Drugstore.com.

I always have it in the house. I currently use Kneipp brand. It won't cure anything , but sometimes it helps a little, and sometimes it helps a lot. Edited by myself because I wanted to add that I don't use it on a sore/swollen joint. I do use it on the area around the joint with a gentle massage.

I use Arnicare cream or ointment, I don't have a preference, on burns & it takes away the pain immediately!! My grandson burned his leg on the tailpipe of his dirt bike. Arnicare. I stuck my finger into my flat iron that was 420 degrees. Arnicare. My husband burned his finger Sunday on the same tailpipe of the same dirt bike. Arnicare. It is wonderful.

I use arnica both topically and I take the homeopathic remedy internally. Seventeen years ago I had a cardiac ablation. Nowadays they can be done as an outpatient procecedure, back then it was a long process. After the ablation I had to lie flat on my back for twelve hours so my blood could coagulate since it had to be thinned for the ablation. Every hour the nurse would come in and rub my back and would insist on putting some hospital lotion on it. I took my arnica and they didn't like that at all!!! I told them to bad it's my body and I'm going do what I want. I had a hysterectomy ten days later. You wanna talk about bruising!!! I had 3 iv's in each arm for the ablation and they went thru the arteries in my neck and groin to burn holes in my heart. Arnica really helped in the healing of all those bruises. I always have some on hand. I'm like the dad in My Big Fat Greek Wedding with the windex only for me it's arnica!! I'm always telling people to use it and carry some with me everywhere.
