OT/ How do you clean your fruits and veggies before eating them ??

I used to just rinse and go, but over the past several years I've gotten worried about them not being clean enough just by doing that.

I even wash my knife each time I cut a slice in my apple or oranges as I don't want to drag the knife back through the peeling...

What about you ?
