OT: Has anyone returned anything recently?

I returned a pair of shoes, sent the 6th ,tracking shows they were delivered to Q on the 8th. It's still not been procesed? Am I being impatient, or does it always take this long?

( I wrote out my own label instead of using the one they provide.)
