OT/HELP HELP--MY CABLE IS OUT!!

My cable is out due to the storm here in Virginia!! I'm going to miss the Bachelorette!! Can anyone give me some updates as to what happens? My phone is also out, and I'm going crazy! This has been going on since Friday night. TIO!!!!!
