OT Genetic Predisposition Testing?

Just wondering has anyone ever had any genetic screening done? What company did you use? The only company I've heard of is 23andme, I know they have been around for years. I have had a genetic test done through my doctor for something specific but nothing comprehensive.... If anyone has done this let me know your experience.....
