I know this is the beauty board, but this is where I'm at most of the time.
I bought a pair of shoes from the southern channel. I don't like the shoes at all. Get this..they came from Shoe Buy. I am told by their CS, that I now have to call Shoe Buy and get a return label from them to return the shoes to Shoe Buy. If I wanted to do business there, I'd have gone there in the first place.
What happened to their mantra..Peel-stick-and send for a return? As you can tell I am not pleased.
Now does some other vendor have my credit card number?
I know Sears uses third party vendors, but they inform you up front.
I've never had this happen at QVC, but if I do, I'm through with them too!
