That is so true phillyphan. People who talk about/bash/gossip about others behind their back would never in a million years have the nerve to say it to the person's face because doing so requires a back bone and these posters are spineless. They post their garbage and then they run, rarely if ever do they come back to either defend themselves or apologize for being so rude. They hide behind their computer screens ridiculing others because they themselves lead pathetic and joyless lives. People who lead happy and satisfying lives don't tear others down to build themselves up.

Sad and pathetic is what they are.

This is not directed at Antonella, just a general observation. Shopping channels want to be a happy pleasant place. I believe they teach hosts to laugh where nothing funny has happened. Pat laughs at the drop of a hat as does David. Callers say somehing to the host and hilarity ensues. I don't know a single person in real life who laugh as much as shopping hosts. I've learned to tune it out. I like a calmer presentation but that's just me.

Personally I think she has become very loud and talks a mile a minute. I don't know when she takes a breath. Watched her do a costume jewelry show last week and had to turn it off. It was as though she was thinking, "If I talk real fast and loud, maybe they won't notice how hideous this junk is." She had never bothered me until that day.

well said Remee. We should all take a moment to contemplate the sadness and pain in the life of the op that she feels the need to strike out at others. Her own life must be a mess and we should all feel some pity for her as that is the general rule with bullies; they are unhappy and unfulfilled

I've always found that to be true. Instead of changing the channel when she comes on why don't you sit through her presentation. You just might find yourself smiling.

If you don't, then too bad and go change the channel.

My 'take away' from this post -- while catching up on DVR'd shows from this week is the majority of responders are having a good day while 3 have ANTS in their brains. ANTS is an acronym for Automatic Negative ThoughtS. ANTS are tough to get rid off -- but once you do --- you are free indeed!
