One of the nail polish bottles in mine broke completely off at the neck. It smelled up the entire house and was a total mess inside the box. I. Packaged it back up and returned it just as it was. I asked for a replacement but am quite sure there won't be any left. This is the second time I've had an issue with a broken product from them, the first was an outside light that they referred me back to the mfg. for replacement. That was a year ago and still have a broken light and a nasty letter into the bbb and ag's dept of consumer affairs here.

Got mine to girls. Love everything in the kit! I just wish that they made this an AS and sent us a new kit with fall colors in it. Maybe they will do another one in the fall because they really had a good response to this one. They sold thousands.

I got mine the other day and I really love it! I like all the colors, I'll use the Russian Navy on my toes. I decided to start doing my own nails a few months ago and couldn't pass up this kit. I'm surprised CS told you to send the package back. I had a DL polish break at the neck and they told me to toss it. They asked if I wanted a replacement or credit. They also gave me $10 Spendable Cash.
