@pommom  Hi! Sorry for the late reply!  Yes, to me,  the texture is very moisturizing but stays on me too. And usually with a sheer I can't saturate the color as much as with this! One or two swipes more and full on color. I have been using Go Lightly as a stain over my Tilbury Pillow Talk  lip liner and just love it.
