OK..found a way to make broken powders solid again..woohoo!

Just had to share this with you all.I saw someone on a morning talk show add rubbing alchohol to broken solid powder eyeshadow till it became super thick,stir and smooth it over with a very small spatula or popsicle stick and let it dry for a couple of days and VOILA,it's a solid again! I did it with my broken Laura Geller baked highlighter in french vanilla and it worked perfectly!
