OK-I Give Up! How Hard Can This Be To Open!!

Just received Peter Thomas Roth Laser Free Regenerator--and for the life of me I cannot open it. What am I doing wrong? It is a 1 oz container. It does not screw off---or slide off. What's up with this?

Can someone help?
