OH YES....RMS TSV ORDERED

[ Edited ]

I stayed up until midnight and ordered the TSV (Alabaster on line) and Fair presented last night. Silicone free...YAY!

I was iffy about the lip balm since I need a bit more color, but will use it for a blush. The mascara is wonderful (received a sample) and the Luminizer is great, too.

I'll probably mix the 2 shades. I didn't want to take the chance of purchasing one shade and then the other sold out. If one shade is really too dark or too pink, I can return it.

Great value and not a "Klunker" in the set.

***Hint: if you order the Un-CoverUp Concealer with your "kit", go w/ the same shade as you choose as the foundation. It does appear a half shade lighter on the skin.

@Shanus  I just woke up and ordered the kit as well. I agree with you on shade selection. I love the un coverup concealer.

I don't like the idea of this secret TSV nonsense.

Re: OH YES....RMS TSV ORDERED

@KBEANS   The "big secret TSV" is because in previous years any amkeup TSVs, if presented early, a lot of the shades were sold out before the day of the TSV.

Yes, it also builds anticipation.

I am thinking of ordering in the Medium Honey, but want to see a presentation first!

Re: OH YES....RMS TSV ORDERED

@Shanus - My morning meeting was pushed back, so I can get on here to ask you a question!

When I first got this I got the Ivory. That made sense and I've had a lot of "ivories" throughout the years. It's a tad light, but I put it on lightly. I think I need to move down a little. So now I'm trying to decide between Buff Beige and Light Medium. My complexion is warm. I wore MAC NC20 for a lot of years. I wear LG in Fair. A makeup artist at Sephora I've trusted for years recommended Ilia in Diaz. He thought I needed more color. I do like that and wear it often. That color matches to Light Medium on the RMS website.

I'm nervous because any time I've tried "light medium" anything in the past it's been too dark.

I know it's hard to give advice without seeing my complexion in person, but can I ask you to comment?   Smiley Happy

Re: OH YES....RMS TSV ORDERED

Would like to see the cream eyeshadows but there is no pic or video online yet.  Hopefully it'll pop up soon.  Would like to try the concealer but I have such bad luck with concealers that I'm not sure I want to spend the money and then have it not work out & have to pay to send it back.  Haven't purchased the TSV yet but will probably do so soon in Light/Medium.

@JudyL  Sephora has pictures of all the colors and many reviews.

Re: OH YES....RMS TSV ORDERED

Thanks @Janey2 - I went ahead and ordered in the Light/Medium 22 shade.  Think I could possibly do either the 22 or 22.5 but according Rose Marie, the cool beige 22.5 has a touch of peach to it so not sure about that.  I didn't want to order both shades.  Hopefully the Light/Medium will be ok.

@beach-mom   I cannot be much help w/o seeing you, but try going to the RMS site...the descriptions of shades and how they show up online is a bit different than QVC's.
