O/T we lost QVC transmission!

I was watching the Wen show this afternoon and all of a sudden the picture froze. Hours later and I just checked and the picture is still frozen. I called my cable company. (I already knew what the answer would be)it is QVC transmission problem,as this is the only channel frozen. I have never seen this happen before. Any of you have this problem? South Wi here.
