O/T What is meant by Shawn's "bad feet"?

Well we have all seen her bare her feet, gasp, and the dry skin she scrapes off ... But what do you think she means by "bad feet"? Guess I am nosy just saying. Sorry they aren't gorg. Many of us have feet issues but what makes them bad?
