O/T Weird Q Insider Issue

I just went to check if the December issue was online and the box where you log-in popped up with somebody's hotmail.com email address in it. No password but this concerns me. The weird thing is the initials and last name match someone I used to work with. I googled the email address and a condolence message popped up and it doesn't seem like it's the person I worked with but why was someone else's info there? I've had my account number stay in before but never this. Did this happen to anyone else?
