Ok, so this is kind of off topic, but I've never had an issue like this before and I was wondering if anyone could give me any heads up?
To make a ridiculously long story short, I placed an online order with Ulta a couple of weeks ago. Basically, I didn't get the discount I was promised and had to go through FOUR different CS reps to try and work things out. Each time I called, I was on hold for at least 30 min, which adds up to a cummulative total of >2 hrs in 2 days. To make that even better, each one of the 4 CS reps told me a COMPLETELY different thing.
They finally credited the money back to my card from the discount I didn't receive. A few days later, they sent me an email saying that they were mailing me a gift card for the inconvenience.
I wonder how much it will be?? I'm really wanting to get the UL perfume and lotion, and it would be fabulous if I could get a few bucks knocked off the total!
Anyone ever had an issue like this, and what was your experience?
