I have never hit the "ignore user" key...but, especially recently, I keep getting messages that say "you have chosen to ignore this user". I just reverse the process, but I don't understand why these messages keep appearing. Is anyone else having this issue or have any ideas? I know am not hitting the key by mistake. Thanks for response, I think I will call CS if this continues.

This is happening to me but I have chosen to ignore the users. You probably did it on a thread and didn't reliaze that it will be ignored on all threads.

Its a great way to block out the snarky posters that never have anything positive or constructive to say.

I think LisaB is right, OP. You probably did it accidentally.

I've done it by accident also.

When on my iPad I am always accidentally touching the ""Report Inappropriate"" link. The option pops up asking if I really want to report them. NO!!! It's very easy to accidentally hit those links. I don't know if the Ignore User link gives you confirmation window like Report Inappropriate link but if it doesn't it should. I don't want to test it
