O/T QVC Survey

Hi Ladies

I just received an email from QVC concerning a survey about a item I had just purchased. It was from Quaker Factory. The survey asked if I had returned an item from Quaker Factory and I said that I had.

That was end of the so-called survey. No other questions were asked. I was quite surprised that it ended so quickly. My reasons for returning the item was the garment was too small and also I was disappointed in the quality of the garment.

Has anyone else ever received this kind of survey?

A long time QVC shopper.
