I'm new to wearing contacts and got a prescription today. I went to Costco and they will only order a six months supply. I don't plan to wear them every day and don't want to buy that many at one time. (Mine are the ones that last a month.)
Do you know of anyplace I can just buy a month at a time? BTW, I have a hard to fit prescription with multifocals and they're more expensive than the regular ones.
TIA

I've worn contacts for many years. If you aren't going to wear them everyday, why didn't the doctor prescribe daily wear lenses? I wear the extended wear, but I sleep in mine and keep them in for a month at a time. But to answer your question, I have only ever seen packages of six lenses.

You don't want just one pair anyway, you never know when one might tear or be lost down the sink or whatever.

I don't know that much about the different ones. Thank you for saying something about daily wear lenses. I'm calling Monday and ask him about it.

You may not be able to get a complex prescription in dailies

Try Walgreens. I order from there online and they offer 20% (sometimes 25%) coupon codes all the time, plus you can get an additional rebate from Mr Rebates. They will ship directly to you. I find them totally competitive with Costco (where I used to go). I get a 3 month supply on mine, but I could order 1 month only if I wanted to. Not sure how your lenses are offered.

Thanks, I'll give Walgreens a try.

As others have said not all contacts come in dailies, but it worth the ask.
My eye Dr allows me to order as few as 1 box of contacts at a time.

I order mine online. There are a lot of online retailers that sell them and they are competively priced. Usually when you visit one of the websites they have a promo code listed to use and shipping is almost always free.
