Hello,

This is not beauty related question (sorry) but I know I can get some good info on here!

I made an online purchase through what I thought was a legit website. They took the money from my account for the "purchase" however, I have yet to receive the item and when I emailed them I get a generic email in Japanese that says, "the email your trying to reach doesn't exist." The number on the website is disconnected also.

Anyone know, how I can get my money back?
